Yuanqing Yang has served as our independent director since October 2015. Mr. Yang is also a member of our compensation committee and corporate governance and nominating committee. Mr. Yang is currently the chairman and chief executive officer of Lenovo Group Limited (SEHK: 992), a director of Sureinvest Holdings Limited. Mr. Yang has more than 30 years of experience in information and communications technology industry. Mr. Yang joined Lenovo in 1989 and Lenovo has transformed from a device provider to a solution and service provider under his leadership. Mr. Yang holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
