Selected Financial Data

The following table presents the selected consolidated financial information for our company. The selected consolidated statements of comprehensive income data for the three years ended December 31, 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the consolidated balance sheets data as of December 31, 2015 and 2016 have been derived from our audited consolidated financial statements, which are included in this annual report beginning on page F-1. The selected consolidated statements of comprehensive income data for the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2013 and the selected consolidated balance sheets data as of December 31, 2012, 2013 and 2014 have been derived from our audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2012, 2013 and 2014, which are not included in this annual report, with certain adjustment being made to the selected consolidated balance sheet data as of December 31, 2013 as a result of our exchange of shares in Qunar Cayman Islands Limited, or Qunar, with Ctrip.com International, Ltd., or Ctrip. Our historical results do not necessarily indicate results expected for any future periods.
